★ 5 · MIka WolfgrammWe just rented this place for my bands practice last minute and to be honest it was pretty nice! They already had a a nice sounding drum set and speakers for my bass guitar and my guitarist so it was nice not having to haul out my rig. And the room wasn't as small as I thought it would be. It was very roomy and just enough. I had the 12x18 room and we had two keyboardists, one guitarist, one bass player and one drummer and also a percussionist with congas and timbales and we able to comfortable practice with enough room for people to sit and listen. Tys was great to work with and very nice!! I would definitely book again! Def give these guys a try!

★ 5 · BMJWas on SLC for the week, and randomly found this place. So I rented out the room 2x just to play drums by myself for fun. The owner Tice was a super cool guy. It was awesome just to go beat the drums for a few hours. Easy process
