Went there looking for a specific guitar part. It was very busy but we were extremely patient just wanted to ask a worker if they had one thing quickly we were going to help ourselves. When my husband asked Josh and showed him a picture really quick he brushed past my husband and stated “his store doesn’t carry that” and completely walked away from us. Me and my husband were completely shocked and ready to walk out my husband knew I needed what we were looking for so decided to ask the woman near the music lessons and she went to ask another worker politely told us she wasn’t sure but that she’d ask another worker. Lady comes back and they had exactly what I needed wasn’t even far from the other worker while we are waiting to pay we felt uncomfortable paying with Josh so we go to get check

Great customer service, came in to get a guitar serviced, was helped immediately upon entry, talked with a repair technician that was able to help me and get my guitar back in order. Service was very prompt and was able to pickup in a 24hr turnaround. I appreciate the professional help and courtesy.
