Sacha rocks! I have purchased a PMT maintenance package for the last few years and love the security of knowing my Mac is protected, virus free, optimized ...and that I'm kept up-to-date on new information. When I need guidance and information, Sacha is available - and able to speak to me in a language I can understand, rather than the 'tech talk' of other techies I've gone to for service. In the last few years I've never had a crash, virus or lost any information, thanks to having a clean machine. Can't beat PMT for friendly, professional service.

Sacha is very knowledgeable with Macs and PCs. His customer service is excellent and he even goes the extra mile and does home visits if time is an issue. He helped me many times when I got stuck and his prices are very reasonable. Best service I ever had! Thanks Sacha.
