Good selection of mining equipment and friendly helpful employees, never bought music supplies. The owner is unfortunately both rude and condescending. Additionally, the prices on smaller items (pans, screens, matting) is extremely inflated. You can get the exact same stuff on eBay or Amazon for a fraction of the price even if you have to pay shipping to Alaska. It is a shame that a local store is so inattentive to customer service that we have to turn to online stores for mining supplies.

The staff at Pro Music is knowledgeable, personable, and has the customer's best interest at heart. The employees take the time to answer questions and go out of their way to share their knowledge. As a novice guitar player, I appreciate Pro Music's customer service and great advice!
