Listen, if I could give more stars I surely would. Phil is a very kind man who is also knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Working with Phil means not working under pressure at all from what I experienced in my first few hours. An artists can do his best work only in a relaxed environment! I would give more stars for professionalism along with a balance of kindness, support, and knowledge, and experience.
