★ 5 · J GauntBooked studio time for song production and engineering at BlackLite and the experience exceeded my expectations. Communication from the onset was excellent. The owner of the studio responded to my inquiry within minutes and asked all the right questions about my project to ensure my group was ready to roll the moment we arrived. The studio itself, in a historic Cincinnati landmark building is as well setup and thoughtfully laid out as any studio space I’ve ever seen. My band contracted Blacklite’s own Gwen ALARA (look up Alara music Cincinnati for some of the best Indie music yet to be discovered) as our engineer. Gwen is one of the most talented engineers- not to mention singer & instrumentalists- around. Max, the owner is a heck of a musician himself. We used both Gwen and Max’s talents

★ 5 · Helicopter Hog HuntReview of Black Light Studios: From “Meh” to “Heck Yes!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Before we hit Black Light Studios, our band, Helicopter Hog Hunt, sounded like a cat fight in a karaoke bar. Seriously, we were more “meh” than “metal.” But after working with Max, we’ve punched our sound into a whole new weight class! Max worked his magic, transforming our chaotic jam sessions into something that actually resembles music. Now, our bass hits harder than our drummer after a double espresso, and our guitars scream like they just saw a ghost! If you want to go from sounding like a garage band practicing on a bad day to rocking out like a heavyweight champ, head to Black Light Studios. Max is the wizard you didn’t know you needed, and we owe our newfound glory to him! Keep it loud, Helicopter Hog Hunt 🚁🎸💥
