I went from little to no understanding of the workings of music to sitting down with him & creating a beat from the ground up & being hands on because of his care & time. Tom is not only professional, he cares about each and everyone he records and take the process seriously. Respecting everyone involved and good at listening what the artists creative vision is. Super important to have an engin(ear) with quality. The Manley is such a great addition on top of his great gear. 15/10 recommend.
