Allow me to be a guinea pig for the rest of you. I purchased a rack mount tape deck, which the seller packaged extremely poorly. It's a pretty heavy unit, and it was barely protected by a thin layer of crumpled newspaper and a few pieces of bubble wrap, shipped via USPS. I paid $30 in shipping for this "service". Needless to say, the unit arrived badly bent, and partially broken. I ask to return the item and a return label to ship the unit back to him. He refused, and told me to file a claim with the USPS. However, the seller, Acoustik Musik/Tom Bethel, had insured the package for much less than the value of the unit. Even if I went through all the trouble of filing a claim with the USPS, (which should be the responsibility of the seller), I still wouldn't get all my money back. After ma
