★ 5 · AmberWhat a breath of fresh air!! Upon entering we were greeted by two wonderful staff. Matthew assisted and bonded with my son immediately. Miss. Manager was also extremely warm and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a place to buy your next instrument this is the place to go. We will definitely be back even if it's just to browse. I can't stress enough how much I loved this place. Thank you for all your help. My son loves his new Les Paul. Ps, dont go to guitar center, go here!!

One of the instructor made an appalling and deeply disturbing comment, saying they “wished my kids got run over by a car.” This is not only unprofessional—it’s beyond inappropriate and has no place in any environment, especially one that works with children. When I tried to raise my concerns, the owner showed no accountability. Calls and messages were never returned, and there was no effort to resolve the situation or even acknowledge it. The complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency from both the staff and management is unacceptable. I would strongly caution any parent considering this place.Your children deserve a safe, supportive learning environment—this is not it.

★ 5 · Whitney ClarkBill is an amazing instructor here at the canfield location. Hes patient and kind with my children, he gears his lessons toward their interests and is quick to compliment and praise them for their hard work. My oldest son has autism and Bill shows a good knowledge of how to communicate with and adapt to him and his needs.
