★ 5 · LeeI've been coming here since I was a teen and discovered I loved metal and wanted to play guitar I had nooney couldn't buy anything but they would still treat me so nice and set me up with a guitar I wanted to look at and let me jam as long as I wanted, it kept me outta trouble. Can't say enough about their friendly welcoming staff. I really felt like i belonged there. Great quality instruments and top of the line expertise can't beat Gattuso's!

★ 5 · Tara SmithI'm at the owner. He was a super cool dude. I highly recommend their music producer at sound foundation studios in the back. His name is Bob, he's super chill and easy wood to work with and seems to really know what he's doing.

★ 2 · Leopold BloomOver the years I bought a couple better vintage guitars there and always got excellent service from the guy who no longer works there. (Was his name Danny?) Now, the past three times I've gone here, both the man and woman behind the counter completely ignored me. No "hello," no "can we help you?" nothing. If you can't comprehend the basic tenets of retail / customer service, then I'll gladly buy vintage guitars elsewhere, as you sit cluelessly wondering why your store went out of business.
