Beware of ordering anything from their online shop and picking it up in the store. They changed the price and charged my credit card more than the original invoice I received by email. A simple call to authorize the additional charge and apologize for the mistake in their online pricing would have been appreciated. That way I could have cancelled my order without driving 20 minutes to the store. I’m trying my best to support local businesses like this one, but poor customer service makes it extremely difficult.

I'm in my early 30s but have wanted to play violin since I was a little boy. When I reached out about lessons, Deb was quick to respond and found me an instructor in just a couple of days. I've been working with Kent Shin and it's been a blast, he has a clear passion for music and teaching, he's easy to work with but a very experienced instructor. Both Deb and Kent have made my pursuit of the violin very easy. I highly recommend! - Rob
