The staff is kind, helpful & is eager to assist in getting you an instructor that fits your needs & schedule. The owner address concerns immediately when needed. They have recitals twice a year for their students. We have been completely happy with their services. This place is a great addition in Pickerington.

So had issues with trying to navigate lessons and had not the best information from associates via text. that claimed they are forgetful and claimed to add me to a wait list for vocals. checked up to figure out how due to enlisting for service would lessons work. was told by owner could get online certificates to use and call to set up lessons. they ended up refunding me my money saying in the note they are not accepting certificates for back at this time. Which confused me cause the last person made it sound like that was an option for my situation. Called the office and left a messag. never heard back. The site seems very outdated and hard to naviglate sadly. if they had something where you could see if there is availability for lessons in any category that be great. I was not thrilled w

My 6 year old took lessons here for 5 months, once a week. She did not learn a single song on piano while there. The last month there she would come out from her lesson with more than one picture she had colored. They were detailed pictures so I know it took some time, so what was she learning in lessons? I called the front desk to let them know what was going on and they said they would talk to her instructor. The next lesson came and she didn’t come out with any pictures so I thought all was well. That night my daughter said “ I want to tell you something but I’m scared because my teacher said I’m not allowed to tell you” After some prying she says “ my teacher let me play games but she told me I’m not allowed to tell my mom or I won’t be allowed in her classroom again” … telling a chil
