They used to offer one-hour sessions, but for some reason, they no longer do. I offered to pay the two-hour minimum and simply split it into two separate one-hour sessions (since that’s all I need), but management refused. I was still willing to pay the full amount, yet they wouldn’t accommodate the request. It doesn’t make sense and honestly feels like a poor way to handle business—zero flexibility and no customer consideration.
