The Root Cellar is a very high quality recording studio with top of the line equipment hidden behind an all-too-humble engineer. David knows how to bring out the most important and tender parts of a song and he helps me make the magic I want to express with each moment. The Root Cellar is such a comfortable place to make music. David made me feel at home in the studio instantly, and Willow helped. I’m so excited to finish my project with him and share it with the world.

The Root Cellar is a magical, nurturing and inspiring gem of a place. I have been blessed to have been able to work with David. For myself, more of a closet artist that has never been keen of crowds or having the need to perform in public, I have found a place with arguably the best equipment in the world to lay down some of my most treasured expressions of my deepest vulnerabilities. In David I have found a musical mentor, a champion of my work but most importantly a close friend. His ear is impeccable. His humility can only be described as biblical.
