Had the worst experience at this place last Thursday feb 5, 2026. The guy (heavy set with glasses) “in charge” at the front was very rude, un professional and extremely disrespectful. The mixer had channels that didn’t work, one of the speakers tweeter was not working, and the bass amps weren’t working. I brought up these issues to the guy in the front, he came in, checked it out and started saying “ what you want me to do about it” “ it sounds fine to me” “can’t u hear it” “that’s too bad” “you can leave if you want but I’m not giving a refund” It was so obvious to the band and myself that the sound was horrible and he was only making things worse. Very bad experience with this guy which in my opinion, I would never have someone like that running/ working my business. I would want people

Great place, great staff but the rental equipment quality is not great. Advice, make sure you bring your own guitar gear.
