★ 5 · Allen TuckerThis is THE recording studio in Indianapolis in my mind. This is not a massive studio with multiple huge live rooms, but that is all pretty unnecessary when you have a great environment with great gear. This studio has every classic piece of outboard gear that you would find in any world class studio, great vintage guitars and amps, an SSL console, and amazing staff. Prices are very reasonable and you will get much more for the dollar than you will at other studios due to the direct help and coordination from owners/producers Marc and Eric Johnson.

★ 5 · James WilsonGot a tour of The Pop Machine studios and let me say, what a really cool place this is. For those musicians out there, I'm not a music professional, so I wouldn't know the first thing about a lot of the equipment here, but the guys running this place were extremely knowledgeable and have a huge love of the industry (industry vets in my book going all the way back to the mid 80's and still in a local band based in Indy). Give them a call if you need a studio to record in!
