They sold us a bill of goods in the third quarter of 2019 and it's currently February 24th, 2020. We have not received what we paid for, the refund we've requested, or even a returned email or voicemail for all the times we've reached out. Jacob can call us back if he wants to rectify the situation or right the wrong.

Put on events and chooses to not pay afterwards. False promises and just says I need 30 days more, 90 days more. (I’ve waited since August I might add) Makes claims of not having $$, and pushes promise to pay further and further out. With the many bands and park obligations not fully satisfied it’s looking like a 1 and out kinda event. I’ll continue to wait for my money and make others aware of his inability to have honest business practices. #FIREFESTIVAL

Asked them to produce a video for me August 2019. Paid for the production in full shortly therafter. A few mistakes and some aspects of the videio/voice-over needed tweeking. Here it is August 2020 and still no video. Yes they return emails 3-4weeks later. Yes they state the video is near completed NO THEY DO NOT DELIVER. The voice mails go unanswered. I will not do business with them again. Would post zero stars but Google wont allow it
