★ 5 · Todd RullestadI am glad I found Craig when I decided to take up bass guitar in late 2015. At age 46, I was timid as an "older newcomer," but he immediately put me at ease in that first phone call, and we hit the ground running. Craig's formal music education and experiences as a working musician have prepared him well for teaching, and he simply has the disposition (and patience!) for it. And unlike too many people these days, he knows how to return an email in a timely manner. In 2018, I added guitar lessons to the mix, and my eight-year-old son started with Craig as well. Initially on ukulele, he has already transitioned mostly to guitar now, and is doing great. Using music that aligns with my interests, we work on fundamentals and technique. It's challenging and entertaining at the same time.

★ 5 · Robert HensonI've taken lessons from Craig for a few years and would highly recommend Craig to anyone that wants to learn guitar from scratch or wants to improve on existing skills. Craig is an excellent musician and a dedicated instructor. He is thoroughly engaged in the teaching process and provides his students with audio and video clips, tab sheet handouts, and other materials in addition to the information packed lessons. He covers technique, songs, improvisation, etc., all in an easy going and understandable way. He has always been receptive to tailoring the lessons to specific areas I am interested in. If you want to learn or improve at guitar, give Craig a try. You will not be disappointed.

★ 5 · Scott ChambersI started taking lessons from Craig Sinclair at the Sinclair Music Studio several years ago. I'm in my 40's and had no previous musical experience, but Craig took a patient and thoughtful approach to teaching which made it both fun and exciting. He is flexible in his teaching style and shows me how to apply important techniques within the context of music that I personally enjoy to learn and play. I say often that my lesson time is my favorite hour of the week. I feel like I can honestly tell people that I know how to play guitar...and prove it to them. I highly recommend Craig as a teacher, no matter your skill level. I plan to keep taking lessons here as long as he's teaching!
