This is bar none the best music studio and practice space in the Twin Cities metro area. Great rooms with good soundproofing, a guitar guy in house, a recording studio, a load in/out area, AND a video shooting room?!? How could you possibly do better than this? I've been to or rented at the other two major practice spaces in the area and they can't hold a candle to this place. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Also, Perry is a god amongst men. Highly, highly recommended. Also, read Perry's blog!

We've been renting a space for several months and it's been a great experience. The location is convenient, our room is nice and big without too much sound from other rooms seeping in, and the ability to drive cars in to load and unload for gigs inside the warehouse space is a huge benefit. In addition, the security is very good and the owner has been great to work with. Very easy to give five stars to Taylor Sound and Video.

This facility is fantastic. The rooms they have for rent are great for practicing and writing. The video room is a great addition as well if you need to shoot a promo or music video. Perry (the owner) is an outstanding guy and really knows his stuff. Can't recommend a better place to rehearse or shoot a video.
