Truly grateful for the way I was treated at Guitar Center. Christopher and Ryan went above and beyond in every way. I came in looking for DJ and speaker equipment for real, working gigs—not just something flashy—and they took the time to understand what I actually needed. They explained the differences in sound, power, and reliability in a way that made sense, and they cared that I left confident using the gear, not confused or oversold. Both Ryan and Chris in the PA department were not only professional, but Ryan showed me how to do a factory reset on my cabinet and Chris helped me learn about the new features as well as SPLs in different rooms. Got the cabinet home and it works exactly like it's twin now! Thank you guys so much!
