Big Red Studios (Matt) is an exceptional luthier. He is extremely good at his craft, and explains things really well. You can tell he loves and cares about the work he does. I purchased a new acoustic from Guitar Center and they were backed up for three weeks, even for a set-up. I decided go with Matt and I dropped off the guitar for a set-up and to get rid of some fret-buzz I couldn’t figure out. When I got the guitar back it was shocking at how much better it was. He made an $800 guitar play like a $3000 guitar. Anyway, I highly recommend Big Red Studios! Unbelievable work and totally up front and fair on price!

This business owner went above and beyond to help me with an issue related to playing guitar that he could not personally fix. Any business that has this level of customer care is way above the norm, and I will be taking all my guitars here for repair from now on. The customer service at this establishment is astoundingly fantastic.
