A waste of time. The customer service at the front of the store was really pathetic. Short dude was with a customer plus that weird chickwas also. As his customer leaves he starts answering the phone, going and checking out guitars comes back to the phone and answers the questions. Disconnects and immediately takes the next call.. then each time hold his little fingers up at me numerous times and is basically saying hold on.. I stood there for about 20 minutes in all b4 I go to the register to instantly being sent to the repair box by the girl .. like whoaaa idk what the expectation i had were to much.. or too little. Depends on how u look at it.. but being greeted when walking in and standing in line waiting for a representative.. that would be nice if my existence was acknowledged. No

We made a special trip to this store because we found a bass we liked online at this location. We ended up purchasing something different, but the 35 mile trip was worth it. We spent a good amount of time here exploring around, testing all sorts of guitars, basses and amps. We were greeted and were offered help once and then we were allowed to enjoy our experience. We found the perfect bass, amp, and accessories. There was quite a line at the checkout register but the checkout process was prompt and the Jenn was awesome. Will definitely be back.
