Chapter 2 Recording Studio

I recently had a drum recording session at Chapter 2 and I have to say it was an all around amazing experience. Their engineer Louie is extremely knowledgeable and super easy to work with. The overall vibe is very relaxed but professional and it is easy to feel right at home. Their live room, while not the biggest, sounds great and there is no issue capturing great sound. The gear there is top notch as well, fantastic mics and analog gear all run through a new Trident console. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out for all of your recording needs, especially drums!

Jon and Louie are two of the best people to work with in the Kansas City metro! The environment has great climate, very clean, the sounds travel very soft, and it's a very relaxed feeling environment. They have other amenities like a full size fridge, clean bathroom, vocal iso booth and acoustic room, live room that's gorgeous, guitar iso booth. The mixing / engineer room is stocked with a Trident mixer and tons of top notch mics at their disposal. If you're a guitarist Louie has extensive knowledge with plug-ins as well. The engineers are fully knowledgeable and gain experience each time they have clients so get out there!

They were amazing! I reached out to them for assistance and they were able to get me in the studio less than a week later. The vibes were relaxed but professional. Louis made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job. The whole process took less than an hour and I left with the song in hand. 10/10 would recommend!
