Denis is such a great instructor. He taught me ukulele and went at a beginners pace. Even pushing me when I felt discouraged and frustrated. He is so patient! The space itself is decorated very intentionally. Lots of bright light, cozy furniture, plants, a rug and nice bamboo floor. The acoustics are perfect because of the padded celing!!

Been a student at the hive and a student of Dennis since the fall of 2021! Not only is he knowledgeable and caring in his teaching, he knows how to cater his approach to the individual and has given me a new outlook on playing guitar. I started off as a self taught guitarist, playing on-and-off for many years. I felt myself stagnating and sought lessons. Through his guidance and keen eye, he was able to fill a lot of gaps in knowledge. Highly recommend!! 🙏

My lessons with Deniz at the Hive completely transformed my guitar playing and helped me become a better songwriter. Deniz has a flexible teaching style and easily understood and adapted to my needs. He is a pleasure to work with and our lessons have been wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend!
