I got the privilege of learning how to crochet from Emily. She is truly an amazing teacher and person. Her selection of yarn is endless and she also helps support locally handmade yarn which is SO important. Skip the big box stores and go buy some yarn from this wonderful woman. She also teaches knitting and piano. I’ll be back to learn more from Emily.

I went on my first retreat with Wood and Knit Be Nice as the crochet instructor in Lake of the Ozarks. The food was absolutely amazing and fresh cooked each meal. The cocktails were top notch. The concepts I learned from the knitting instructor were fabulous and so well presented. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing. Good food, good conversation, comfortable, and welcoming. I WILL be back.
