On 2/7/26, in the evening, I was walking from State St. making a left onto College cutting left of the pillar under the overhang. I was in conversation, totally unaware of the dark flat black 'step up' when I tripped and went face down hard onto that step. At night that step blended into the darkness. I ended up in Urgent Care from significant painful lower rib pain. Two and a half weeks later I'm still dealing with the rib pain. My suggestion is to highlight that step on both sides with cautionary yellow paint strips before someone else gets hurt. In my case, my body crossover purse was what stopped my whole chest (with sternal wires from open heart surgery) from hitting the ground

★ 1 · Joshua StephensDo not buy from them. We purchased product from them from eBay. The product did not work. I went through dozens of emails with Fender (the maker of the product) to determine that it was faulty. Representatives of the company initially responded to my inquiries but then stopped doing so. I have sent a dozen eBay messages and left at least 10 voicemail messages. They will not respond to any messages. It is unclear if the business is still even open based on their outgoing voicemail message. Absolutely terrible experience.

★ 3 · Eric SieThe power supply arrived. It works. If you are the builders of this unit, though, it would be great if you could offer the upgrade of quieter OP amps. A couple dollars more and the DBX 231S equalizer would be a much better unit.
