I should have left this review a long time ago! We've been using Sound Results for several years now and they provide OUTSTANDING customer service! Their writers do a great job with the copy on the recordings and my account manager, David, is always extremely responsive. I've had a few situations where I've had special requests or something urgent came up and David was on top of everything. He is very professional and an all around great individual. I strongly recommend using Sound Results for your on-hold messages. They do amazing work!

Sound Results does an excellent job of transforming our copy into high-quality recordings that sound great! I just send them the copy and let them know when I need it to play and they take care of the rest. They also take care of troubleshooting any technical issues with the On Hold equipment on our end! An outstanding vendor that is easy to work with and makes a marketer's job easier and all at a great price!

Dave and Sound Results on Hold are absolutely amazing. If I tell Dave I wanna have some new copy to him in 2 weeks, and he hasn't heard from me, he reaches out to make sure nothing is awry. I can send simple bullet points and he develops it into exactly what I need. I would recommend them to anyone, hands down. Satisfied customer.
