We are so glad to have found Scott and Buzztop Studios through Pinckney Community Ed! Scott is a great music teacher- fun, kind, thorough, responsive, flexible, and patient. My kids went from knowing nothing about music to learning how to read music, playing notes, then playing actual songs. It was so fun to watch them grow musically in guitar and drums. He is engaging and kept my kids interested in lessons, and so we 100% recommend Buzztop!

I highly recommend anyone at any age take lessons from Scott at Buzztop Studios. Buzztop is a great learning environment. Scott possesses the ability to make lessons both challenging and fun. He designs lessons focused on the student’s musical preferences while still incorporating concepts of basic and advanced music theory. Guitar lessons at Buzztop have been a great learning experience for my son! Its hard work, but if you or your child is willing to put in the time & effort, its amazing to see how much can be learned in a short amount of time with such a knowledgeable, and friendly teacher like Scott. I think music is one of the best gifts I can offer my children, and this studio has helped make that possible. My son leaves the studio with a smile on his face after every lesson!
