We have been using Please Hold Canada for many years for our On Hold messaging and they have always provided great service with quality voice messaging. We recently switched over to their VOIP telephone system and couldn't be happier. The call quality is clear, the call connection speed is superior to our previous provider and the fact that our On Hold Messaging is now integrated is a great bonus. Setup was easy and we were up and running in no time!

We’ve had a good overall experience with Please Hold Canada using both their Message on Hold program and VoIP phone service. There were a few challenges with the phone system at the beginning, but their team worked closely with us to address the issues and get everything set up properly. Once up and running, the VoIP service has been reliable and easy to manage, and the Message on Hold audio is clear and professionally produced. Communication throughout was consistent, and updates or questions were handled promptly. The pricing was also extremely competitive compared to other Canadian telecom providers' offerings. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience after the initial setup, and we’re quite satisfied with the end result.
