We are choosing not to continue Noteworthy's services and this is why: 1. Last minute changes in the schedule, and no consistency. 2. Instructor has been late to the kid's lessons on multiple occasions. 3. Instructor is on their phone during the lessons. 4. The studio is disorganized and messy. 5. The instructor does not engage the kids during the lesson and will play songs during the lesson that are not the song the lesson is about. 6. The lessons are not planned, and do not have structure. 7. The instructor has been negative around my children about my children. For these reasons the services Noteworthy provides are not worth paying for.
