My daughter has been involved in individual lessons and group lessons for almost two years now, and it has been amazing. This week, I asked my daughter to imagine a place where she feels most safe (real or imaginary) to help with some test anxiety. Without thought, she said, "music lessons with Miss. Jen) and went on to describe how safe and happy she feels during music lessons. I am so thankful not only for the musical skills my daughter has learned but for the support she feels every week.
