★ 5 · Shawn VandrovecGreat store with great and helpful staff. They have an outstanding instrument tech that is great to work with, provide suggestions, and provides experienced advice on what is needed all at a reasonable price. Great selection of instruments and assessories for anyone from the beginner to paid musicians. Always a great stop to even just sample equipment. Well done!!!

★ 5 · Mos DefVisited this store this weekend looking to pick up a vintage Fender Strat. Found a beautiful 78 American in a natural finish. Being that my credit is a little bit challenged, I was pleasantly impressed with Ryan, Robert and Elliot. Although it took some creative effort, Ryan came through and got the deal done for me. These guys are all amazing! I also brought in a guitar that needed some neck work and got an excellent quote. Robert is very knowledgeable, especially if you're in need of repairs or any kind of setup and just a great guy to talk to in general about guitars. Overall the whole crew here is very nice very helpful and impressive. I have had bad experiences with several guitar centers in the past, but this one gets an A+++ from me. Thanks again guys! I will be back in the future!

★ 4 · Sundown 13Staff try, the old guy hates everything but Taylor's. Ive never heard anybody but this gentelman call a Martin D-18 junk lol. He honestly is a great guy, friendly and its always good to have a conversation. He tried his best to get mine running. Very obvious issues that should have been delt with by the slimey Davenport G.C. clowns. A drag but what do you do? I like the manager too she is really cute and always says hi. Offered $2100 on a $2200 used Taylor. She countered with $2000 but only if I bought $400 worth of Guitar Center's idiot insurance with the instrument. ($2400 before taxes) No Taylor for me. If you keep in mind they are the Wal-Mart of music shops and keep your expectations on the low end you will be fine. This store and its staff are great but remember all Guitar Center
