I dropped off my daughter’s flute in JULY to have it repaired before she started band. When school began and it still wasn’t done, I was told it was my fault for bringing it in “so late.” Fine—I accepted that and waited. At the end of August, I called: not done. Mid-September: still not done. I went into the store the following week because my daughter had now been sitting in band class for six weeks with no instrument, and nothing was getting resolved.
