They've renovated the interior several times to make it larger and more easily accessible and even the recording areas are wheelchair accessible. I've not been to a single other radio station that is nearly this well constructed when it comes to handicapable access. They constantly strive to make the community better and have a host of wonderful shows. On top of it all the staff is always warm, welcoming and organized.

The best radio station in Southern Illinois. They have the most variety of music of any station around (name a genre, they've probably got it on air) and all of it is independently selected by the DJ's themselves - not a corporation. Also, LOCAL news, talk, and sports. Want a good idea of what's happening in the Southern Illinois Community? WDBX is your place.
