★ 1 · Rodney LinderI will cut straight to the bone on this so I don't waste your time on a useless review, there is no animosity in this review, just facts Took my Ace Frehley Les Paul in for a bone nut and simple set up. To my horror upon picking up, instead of a bone nut they used Dollar General store superglue on a Gibson USA Ace 1978 Solo Album Holy Grail. It is literally unplayable with fret Buzz and open string buzz and a nut that so far 2 luthiers could not remove due to glue without damaging neck. After a several taps with the tools with increased force, they would just stop and say "I am not going to be responsible for ruining this Guitar, This is not coming out" . . My wife says "it sounds like an out of tune banjo" When I asked why they would do such a thing. The honest reply was "you had a wo

★ 5 · Scott BaucumMy father recently passed and I was lucky enough to get one of his guitars. It needed new strings and bridge pins and Chestnut music replaced and restored to a great condition at a very reasonable price.

I brought my daughter's saxophone in for a "mysterious" repair issue and Jordan had it figured out instantly! Their team is knowledgeable and friendly... well worth the drive! Trust me, this is the place!
