10/10 recommend Key Element Studios! It was such an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to preface this review by saying I am not a good singer, and I knew almost nothing about the recording process going in. I’m also a pretty anxious person, so stepping into something so unfamiliar was intimidating. But Ken immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable; he is truly an expert at his craft. Ken was amazing! I sing in a barbershop quartet with three life-long friends. For decades, we've been saying we should get into a studio and record some of our songs. But we are rarely are in the same place for long periods of time. During a recent get together, we reached out to Ken on a Friday and asked about recording the next day. He agreed and scheduled a session. From the recording to the mixing to the creation of the final product, Ken was thorough, detailed and conscientious. The finished product was wonderful! We look forward to working with him again. He really cares and takes great pride in his work!

Ken brings great technical skill AND vocal performance experience to the studio, a powerful combination. His understanding of what we needed was firmly in place, and the efficiency of our time with him was remarkable. We received our rough cut within about 3 hours of finishing our time in the studio, and our final mix of 6 songs within 2 weeks. All that, and he is a wonderful guy. We'll be back!
