Embalmers recorded live at Tasty Wax Records, and the result and experience were terrific. The cost was fair, much better than what others charge for the same result, if not better. Lee has a fantastic selection of microphones. The space is comfortable, feeling like a studio but with a homey element too, which makes you feel like you're jamming at home or in the garage, so you can really get into tracking without feeling as if you are in an unfamiliar space. There is ample parking, and loading in and out is easy. The area is safe. The studio is spotless and has excellent AC and heating. We also made some 7-inch vinyl that came out superb, excellent quality. They sound amazing. The art came out great. Tasty Wax cut B. Hamilton's "Saigon Market" record in 2023. It looks and sounds killer. Everybody who bought one loves them and I continually get asked to make more. They are the perfect option for small runs of vinyl with a personality. They will also ship them to you with no fuss or exorbitant fees. Lee is professional as all hell and smells like a daisy. A good smelling daisy.

Lee is the best. He studied cutting records under some german wizard man, and it sounds like it. Also has a sweet recording/mixing rig set up in there with a bunch of instruments. If you want limited runs or one-offs, this is the place! Looking forward to having more projects done here for sure.
