★ 1 · Elizabeth DanielsAbsolutely worse place to have anything repaired. Dropped off fender Amp. They had it 6 months. No calls with updates. I call the shop . The guy has no clue of anything. No one calls me back. I finally get ahold of shop manger "he apologies he honestly forgot it was even there " He has ordered the part. Take about a week to receive it. Waited almost another month for call . I called again . He "I have put the part it. I just need to put it back together . Will.be done by end day." Wasn't done. He had started putting it back together after he seen me walk in. Granted he didn't charge the amount he originally quoted. No communication skills. How do u just forget a customer property ? Just forget bout the work your suppose to be doing while your at work . That was my unfortunate experien
