He lent me the perfect combination of gear to give me the exact vocal effects I wanted and even taught me things I didn't know about the audio equipment I was using. I initially called him just to ask a question and he made himself available for me in the studio literally that very moment. He went above and beyond anything I was even asking him for help with and made me a few delicious cups of tea in his ultra comfortable studio while we worked, too. I would recommend Stephen and Vitruvian Sound for any audio and recording needs! You'll walk away beyond satisfied.

His space is awesome with tons of tea, herbal tinctures, etc. All-around great guy too. Highly recommend as a one-stop shop for any and all VO needs!

This place is a gem tucked right on the border of Brooklyn and Queens, and working with Steve, the owner, has been nothing short of amazing. So far, I’ve recorded 2 audiobooks, 2 meditation albums, and 1 spoken word track here—and each time, Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s kind, patient, and deeply supportive of your vision. From pronunciation help with global spiritual terms to keeping the vibe grounded with tea, honey, mints, and even biscotti—he truly creates an environment where your creativity can thrive.
