Mike and his team are undeniably the best in the game with finding the rarest gear for the beat price, period. But in addition to that massive value, Mike is the type of leader that goes above and beyond with customer service. Instead of just stopping at the sale , Mike went out of his way to help me troubleshoot some connection issues and bugs during his personal time. This was not part of the deal, this was Mike being an amazing human being. I will be continuing to work with Mike and Tone House forever.

Great experience! Mike at Tone House clearly loves what he does. My son wanted a Stratocaster and Mike had several that he was able to try. It's by appointment, but we did not feel upsold or pressured to buy anything at all. Highly recommend, and we'll go back when we're ready to buy something else.

I brought in my Strat, which had developed a strange buzz on the low E string. My amp tech correctly figured it was a setup issue, and recommended Tone House Studios. Adam and Mike took the time to have me demonstrate the problem before examining the instrument and making recommendations. Bottom line: they quickly had the guitar back in my hands with the problem solved, and it's never played better. I also enjoyed seeing their impressive guitar collection, and appreciate the time they gave me to demo a pedal through my own amp and pedalboard. Great experience!
