I love this guitar center because the people that work there have incredible love for their customers. First off, the store manager, Julia, is extremely knowledgeable about the gear, patient, and skilled in dealing with people. Jake, another guy in leadership, was super chill he helped me find a picture of the CEO’s podcast as well as certain items that were on sale. Great conversationalist indeed! Lastly, one of the cashiers named Chris was a great conversationalist! He was patient with me as I browsed the cymbals (I went through 6 or so), and he helped me identify which one was best for me to get during my checkout. I was using e-gift cards at the check out and he seamlessly helped me to maximize my spending without coming out of pocket. I spent close to $450 total thanks to the pro-cov

Just bought my son an awesome guitar for his birthday. The store has a great selection. Thankfully we met Matt who was phenomenal. We had an issue with guitar and he really took extra care in helping us rectify it and make my son happy. Highly rec shopping there but ask for Matt. He’s the reason we will go back again.

Just moved to Carle place and just went to stop by NICK was in pro audio. He helped me with alot of stuff and to be honest he was just a great guy. I was in there for over and hour and didn’t realize. I was having a bad day, he was funny professional and real cool. Heard him play some keys as well I think he’s a lowkey musical genius lo. Thanks nick and nice meeting. Hope this company values you.
