Bad communication between lady manager engineer and I. On 1st pass the engineer totally squashed my song and it even sounded distorted. After I told him am not pleased with it he redid it.....2nd pass didn't sound any better than my own mastering (and I am still a novice). Seems he just did it very quick and his knowledge very unprofessional. No wonder so many companies like these go under water, they just want to make an easy buck. Waste of my time and money.
