During our two-hour booking, the engineer, Rui Chi, was either glued to his phone or actively talking on it for most of the session. In fact, during the final hour, while we were listening back to the recording, he spent the majority of the time either in the waiting room or inside the recording room talking on the phone. My child had to repeatedly call him for assistance, which was both disruptive and frustrating. Before leaving my child alone, the engineer nonchalantly said, while still on his phone: “You may call me if you need me.” He did not appear concerned or apologetic. In fact, he was smiling. In advertisement, this is a studio boasted its service as "book with confidence".In reality, this was what you gonna get for $185 per hour rate.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Wei is a perfectionist and he makes sure the recording quality is the best in every aspect. It is rare to find a recording studio with excellent Steinway piano and multiple video recording equipments. Top notch service!
