Two of my children (4th and 6th grade) take lessons from Paul. It's been such a joy. What makes a good teacher is not only someone who can impart knowledge, but someone who can cultivate in their students a joy for learning, excitement for even the challenging moments, and a vision for the end goal. Paul has done that since day one. My older son literally entered the room dejected, skeptical, and uninterested, and by the end of the second lesson, exited the studio with a giant smile. Paul's investment is lifelong, and I know my boys' lives are truly changed not just by learning this skill, but by finding a teacher who has invested in them as young men. We're really thankful for this experience/process, and I would absolutely (and have) recommended him as a teacher.

I have been lucky enough to work with Paul for a number of years. I started off mainly learning guitar but have been branching out into some vocal work as well as learning recording software so that I can make my own music. The best part about working with Paul is that the lessons are customized to what you want to learn and your unique musical goals. I have learned so much through working with him and look forward to continuing to learn. He is very passionate about his work, patient and breaks things down so that it is easier to learn. I’m currently working on my first song and would not be as far along if I didn’t have Paul in my corner teaching and working with me through the creative process. Paul does an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the correct way to play and learn. Highly recommended for beginners and advanced players alike.
