I have known Vic for many years, going back to the days of the Scratch Band. He is a legendary and brilliant guy, both as a recording engineer and musician. We did a bunch of tunes there a few years back and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My standard is that the finished recording should present the performance and the arrangement accurately and flatter the band and vocalists subtly and consistently. Vic is a true asset to our New Haven music world.

Been going here for years. Vic's the man! He always looks out and keeps it professional. Me and everyone we know considers him family. He's a good guy, got a good ear and knows what he's doing and best part is it comes so natural to him. You walk in and feel right at home

Horizon is always a fun and productive experience. Horizon has the rooms, the instruments, equipment,and most importantly the ears and talent of producer Vic Steffens. Vic is a smooth operator, he allows the artist to be an artist, his expertise always at hand. integration of current technology with old school, Puts Horizon on the top of my list for recording Bart Bryant
