Wife took a guitar to be restrung. They did it right away. She bought several accessories. Polite courtesy staff and reasonable prices. Sadly owner is retiring this summer so no more business.

Helpful, friendly staff offering great service in a store that has been a part of Oneida, NY for decades. Selection and availability can be an issue, as the store is small, but offers competitive pricing both in-store and online.
