Eric is an amazing teacher and we highly recommend him. My son who is now starting middle school has been taking both drum/percussion and piano lessons with him for 4 years and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He is a great musician and extremely knowledgeable, supportive, kind and responsive. Eric really wants his students to succeed and progress and he always provide lots of great feedback and challenges.

Eric is a very patient and encouraging music teacher. I have 3 kids that have been taking lessons with him for 5 years. They play at different levels and learn at different speeds and Eric is able to accommodate them. My oldest is reasonably advanced and in addition to guiding his learning, Eric has encouraged him to being writing his own music.

Eric is a wonderful piano teacher and is great with kids. My 5 year old loves going to his lesson each week. He is so excited about it that he is always asking "is this the day we go to Eric's?". I highly recommend Eric Starr.
