Great little music shop! Staff was super friendly and they have plenty to offer for player or student. I went in looking for a guitar pedal and found exactly what I was looking for, plus a couple extras. They went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed, including time alone with a guitar and amp to try the pedal out. I’ll definitely be back!

Awful experience here. Unprofessional and unprincipled. Rented an instrument for my kid. Brought it back in after several months of minimal use but they continued to charge me 2 more monthly payments. Contacted the owner Ben who apologized, said he'd been out sick, and said he'd fix it. Never refunded the charges. Total radio silence despite multiple emails and phone calls to the store over the past 6 months. Feels bad to be ripped off after supporting the local store. Would definitely avoid this place.
