I came to Margo as a beginner singer to help me with breath support and confidence for my first performance amongst 100 friends and family. I signed up for 10 lessons . I was not sure what to expect but was willing to do what it took to progress as a singer. Margo has an approach that immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Throughout our sessions I had so many questions, she answered every one of them with detail and interest which made me feel like I was getting inside information that you cant find online. I came to Margo’s practice because I admired her skill and artistry as a vocalist, and hoped to learn from her how to access a similar kind of freedom and ease in all parts of my range. I love her somatic approach to singing and have definitely noticed a significant change in how my voice both feels and sounds: I’m more comfortable in my upper register, vibrato comes easier, and my body is relaxed.
