Booked a session 2 months in advance for my daughter's 6th birthday. I get to the studio no one is there and no one is answering. Once I called from another number and was able to get through I was asked to reschedule because they had to remodel. There was no communication. He stopped answering the phone and I still have not been refunded.

This company was a complete letdown. Their customer service was awful—they barely communicate, and when they did, it was late and unprofessional. You will be left in the dark for most of the process, and they missed important deadlines without any explanation. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
